How to be mentally stable during Corona pandemic?
“Corona “ this little word has create a perilous impacts in everyone's life , not only in India but the worldwide. As we all aware about the COVID – 19 and how it transmitted, the Government Health Agencies of many countries had declared Lockdown. The public officials say that the best way to prevent the spread of this illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus.
To be at home with family and spending some special time is everyone’s wish in such busiest life. But that may become stressful if we are in some Pandemic situation. Like nowadays this tiniest virus (corona) has generated .The outbreaks of coronavirus disease may be stressful for the people. Fear and anxiety about a disease can cause a great emotional breakdown among the every age of the people.
What is to be healthy?
Many people consider this term Healthy is just regarding to their physical fitness. But apart from it we must have to count on person's Mental Health as well as his Emotional health.
We all are getting aware from different sources like media and advertising about how to be physically safe during this pandemic like washing our hands many times, keeping social distancing, sanitizing the things and all but to be mentally healthy is as much as needed in such crucial time.
Why is mental health important?
Mental as well as emotional health is important because it’s a vital part of your life. As being physically , mentally and emotionally healthy person can promote productivity and effectiveness in different activities of life. It can also help to smoothens your relationships.
All of us are simply trying to manage our daily lives taking care of our children or parents, dealing with financial stresses and adjusting to a new way to live. In current scenario, all these stresses related to COVID- 19 may likely results in negative feelings such as depression, panic or anxiety attack And such negative emotions can also trigger the heart rate disorder, weakness, nervous breakdown, psychological trauma and insomnia.

- Don’t take much stress about your financial situation as global economy itself is on verge

Make your immune system more strong by having nutritional food intake and by doing physical and mental exercises. Follow all safety and hygiene rules. Also Be compassionate to the people who are on the Survival stage. By only being the real human and showing humanity ,we can win this battle together.
