The Power of Double V! Yes, you are guessing it correctly!

Here, I am talking about the power of women. W.O.MAN, This is an original old English word which actually describes for Wife Of MAN. Woman means wife of a man and this is true before two to three decades but from the last few years this definition has changed, we can’t describe the woman just as a wife of a man. It has added more value to it.

“ You can tell the condition of a nation by looking at the status of women” this famous quote is given by Jawaharlal Nehru. This depicts the social and economic condition of any nation that is directly proportional to the condition of women of that nation. Since our ancient time, Women have been regarded as a symbol of spirituality in our old Vedas and scriptures. There is a very famous hymn in Sanskrit, “ 'यस्य पूज्यंते नार्यस्तु तत्र रमन्ते देवता: “. Meaning, where women are honoured, divinity blossoms there. 

The Woman – Before and Now

The status of a woman in our society has undergone many changes over a span of time. In an earlier time, Women were ill-treated. They did not have their own wills and wish. In that male dominating society women were just an old rug of the house. They were never treated equally in any aspect to men.



With the passing of time and with immense efforts of some social reformers women's condition improved and today we are living in a society where women get all their rights. Women have explored in many fields and got remarkable achievements whether it’s sports, politics, research institute, financial services, or the corporate world. Nowadays, to find the woman as a company’s CEO or chief is not a new and surprising thing.

Woman – As Multitasker

Since ages, our society has been undervaluing the power of a woman. Women are producers, consumers and innovators. They are resourceful economic agents, proving every day and in every aspect with their unending power. It is always a challenge for the working woman to justify every responsibility of hers. Whenever it’s a matter of choosing between her responsibility towards family and her profession, she has to choose her family as a priority. Whether it’s a matter of her household chores, her child's education, taking care of her family or her professional issues, she will always be ready to solve those with her remarkable abilities.

There is a very old and famous saying that “ Behind every successful man there stands a woman”. A woman, not necessarily his wife, could be the mother, sister or perhaps any of his female friend. A woman has always been a backbone to her husband, to her children and to her family. A man's achievements are made possible by the support and work of their wife or female partner. 

Successful men are usually ready to face challenges and handle them with positive energy, the source of which largely originates from their homes. The key player in every home is a woman with a strong character that can stand as a supportive hand and always speaks words of encouragement.

Significance of Woman 

Nowadays woman can be a supportive hand to the family. They have gotten into various activities apart from just the family responsibilities, hence helping in the family finances. Many housewives are also not just the homemakers but they too are involving themselves in various online business and earning some handsome amount.


Women have changed their personalities by their exuberance in managing abilities. She herself worked hard to get the name and fame in society. We have many such examples as Mrs Sudha Murthy, Ms Kiran Majumdar, Ms Sunita Reddy and many more. They sacrifice a lot to attain their position in society. 

Performing each and every responsibility as her priority, she mostly compromises on “ Herself “. Many times this leads to chronic health issues like anxiety, mental disorder and depression. According to the Journal of Psychiatry and Neuroscience study, the prevalence of major depression is higher in women than in men. in 2010 its global annual prevalence was 5.5% and 3.2%, respectively, representing a 1.7-fold greater incidence in women. 

Every woman is always ready to uphold her family by either way like a daughter, a sister,  a mother, a wife or a female friend. So she must deserve that return support and understanding for her growth. Marriage is not the end of her life. She has the right to fulfill all her dreams. "Every mother deserves a second chance to chase her dream. " very famous lines from the movie "Panga," tell us the fact and reality of a woman’s life.

Since the decade our society celebrates woman’s day to celebrate her achievements in different fields and to make her feel special and an equal in society. Apart from that, many organizations are also working for women empowerment which awakens the other side of society who still are under the influence of male power and tries to dominate the woman. 

A woman has magical power. She can win everyone’s heart with her kindness. Every woman is an epitome of strength. Women accept criticism and compliments graciously. She empowers herself and carries her own sword. She can be soft as well as tough, can be pragmatic as well as spiritual. She demands nothing more than respect and equality because she deserves that.

Wish To Dream Come True



Triing ! Triing ! Triing ! 

The alarm rang. It was 7.00 a.m. I woke up as per my routine and got ready with my morning jogging suit. Ready to go out for jogging. As I reached to my usual walking track, I got surprised by what I saw! None of the people were wearing their colorful mask and many of them were talking and walking with their walking group.  Little ahead, I saw a group of oldies, who were doing their laughing exercise. Laugh on their faces looked nothing less than a shining star. I stopped for a while to relook them. I got startled again when saw those middle aged aunties who were more interested in gossiping rather than walking. I could clearly see their speculative faces. Also saw some passionate runners and fitness freaks who were much conscious about their health.

 I kept moving on my track, as I was passing ahead I heard some vehicles honking outside of that walking track. And to my surprise, it was a school bus. Few children were getting inside the bus and their mothers were busy with their routine morning short talks. It all looked very normal like any other usual day. Somewhere my mind was not ready to digest this all.

 I was struggling with my thoughts and continued my walk. That imbalancing of my body and mind had affected the speed of my walk. I just had completed single track of that walking path. And again to my amazement I saw a group of people gathering around for the “Morning Healthy Sip” (fresh juices of vegetables and herbs) at one end of that track. After a long time I saw a mob and so it was making me restless little bit. 

Just to satisfy my amazement I just stopped walking and moved out of the walk way and started roaming on the road, as it was around 8am, most of the shops were already opened. Many old people were heading to the temple for attending “Morning Aarti”. Many people outside temple were feeding the cows. It was such an ecstatic scene. My heart was full of joy. At some point I just didn’t want to move from that place. It was very lively atmosphere. 


I just walked and walked further and soon reached nearby garden. There too I found such a live life with people who were busy with their yoga, morning exercises and meditation. I did not understand what happened suddenly in just one night. And in an instant some irksome sound was making me disturbed and annoyed.

 Again, Triing ! Triing ! Tring! 

I was feeling so irritated and suddenly a thud of sound! Z..O..O.O..P !

 What? I fell from the bed? I didn’t understand what was happening and I completely felt lost. After few seconds I got my sense back and I realized I was actually dreaming. Yeah! Even I was not believing that,  what I saw all, were nothing but just a beautiful dream and not a reality. Means that Monster COVID – 19 is still there and our life would not yet become smooth and easy. That thought has made me very anxious. I felt so suffocated.

 I know not only me but this may be everyone's wish in such crucial time. We immensely want to get our normal life back. This Corona pandemic has frozen our lives. It has created distance between human not just socially but somewhere by heart and by mind too. Every person sees the other person with doubtful eyes in the fear of corona infection. It has made the hugs and kisses like our monsters. People were afraid of each other. And we deadly want to get this over now. We are dying to see those lively surroundings, school going children, college parking full of youngsters, those busiest malls and theatres and restaurants full of people with their shining smile.

 I wish this dream of mine Oops, not just mine but Ours will come true! 😊

How to Cure than Complain?


Complain” is a word which we have been  hearing  since we got our understanding sense. Since our childhood we found many people around us who always talked about their unwanted circumstances and people. Normally  we are trained to the habit of complaining, our mind will go looking for the thing to complain about next. Whenever we find some unusual or unpleasant circumstances around us, our mind start complaining as per it’s tendency . So knowingly or unknowingly our mind reacts to that unpleasant situation.


Our complains are directed internally or externally. It’s a natural way of reacting our dissatisfaction. What would happen if you only gave yourself permission to complain, if you were going to do something to take action about that complain? Wouldn’t it force you to put your complain in to perspective? Think about it. Sometimes complaining helps to release your bottled up feelings.

 Motive behind Complaining

Many times, I observe that,  many people having the habit of complaining and so the society calls them " Complain box”. These little complains about everything, will definitely ruin our happiness and peace of mind. We can never have those little pleasant moments if we are in the complaining mode. There are many motives behind those complains. Like,

  • Many people complain just to relive their stress level 
  • sometimes some people are complaining just to draw their attention ( mostly like kids and some teenagers) 
  • some people have the habit of complaining ( like some chronic complainer )
  • some people complain to gain an emotional sympathy
  • Sometimes it can be Ego satisfaction and even a superiority complex can be root cause

Stop complaining and start living




The consequences are manifold . It affects our mental as well as physical well being. It can also ruin your relationships and can cause inane amount of stress. Instead of complaining start thinking about it's change. To change your deeply ingrained behaviours you must require some sort of positive vibes and self awareness. Instead of complaining about someone, try to put in your leg in their shoes and then one should react accordingly. 

It can be hard to break the habit but if you are able to follow some simple technique , you will definitely benefit to create a better life style. Like, try to nourish the positive attitude. Life is too short to live with complains and regrets. Laugh more, according to research from the Loma Linda University in California, the simple act of laughter can uplift your mood. Try to being less judgemental and accept your responsibility.

 As Gandhiji said,  " Be the change you want to see in this world " when you stop complaining and think about it's cureness or solutions , your mind instantly start working upon it and you find new ideas for your complaints. Complaining hurts YOU more than others, because when you complain, your body and mind would fill up with negative energy, which ultimately affect your mental health. 

Be grateful for whatever you have. May be these are the things or phases of your life which you were praying for,  yesterday. So stop complaining and start appreciating. Thankfulness and gratefulness’ are direct opposite of complaining and it’s much easier to avoid complaining when you are genuinely thankful for all of life's blessings.

But what exactly do you mean when you say “know yourself?” I am sure many of us may not answer this instantly, because as human being we have privileged with many super senses.  We can think and react as per the different situations happening around us. So to know your own self is indeed a tough task and when we are associating with someone it’s  first important step to know yourself .

Do you Know yourself ?

Knowing yourself” sound silly in hearing but believe me, just moving to one step back, we are not knowing ourselves thoroughly, means not exactly clear about our strengths, weaknesses, our dreams, our goals and our achievements.  In this big world it’s not always easy to see just you everyday or to be in love with you only. As being social animal we have to deal with many different kinds of people in our life. 



Ways to know yourself better

Self awareness is a key for knowing yourself in every aspects. Self awareness is the vast topic and could rather abstract . Dr.philippe Rocht suggest 5 different levels of self – awareness : confusion, differentiation, situation, identification and performance. 

Here are few questions for rising your self awareness

  • How would your ideal be like? Your desires of wanting someone is reflection of your thoughts.
  • What are your expectations from others?
  • What are your dreams and goals of life? Are you on that way towards your dreams or goals? If not then you must have to refocus on your priorities. 
  • What are your strengths and weaknesses?
  • What are your habits and hobbies?
  • What are your hidden secrets? ( Hidden secrets may be emotional or some untold matters from your past )
  • What are the best five words that describe your personality?
  • Are there any thoughts that you carry since your childhood which still locked somewhere in your mind?
  • How’s your behaviour towards everyone you meet in your life because that either way describe you. As saying “ Your actions are always reflection of your thoughts
  • Can you adjust yourself in different circumstances coming in your way of life?

These self knowledging questionnaires will definitely relate many of us and surely help you out with raise up your awareness.

Self awareness : real treasure of life

Self awareness is basically your capability to watch every elements of your self without any judgement. Its accepting your self completely. Self awareness or self reflection is the key of happiness . It is necessary for personal development. Our life is never be in 100%  of our control, so it’s very much natural that you have to deal with some unwanted circumstances . with self awareness you can make it possible. We can understand this by very simple example. We all know very well that , being stuck in traffic is most annoying thing for most of us but when you are fully aware you atleast have the option to change the way you react to it



Being self aware  makes us conscious about our behaviour and actions. I observe, many people are carrying their past baggage with them and so can not enjoy their present moment of life. Being aware we can work out on those little things , which definitely create a  huge difference in our life.

As I already discussed, self awareness is like an Ocean. It is definitely difficult to sum up with this. Being aware is just like magic, everyday ,every moment you can explore new thing. Don’t search for any magic around you, your own self is big mystery. Try to wrap out every level of your  being to shine more, to blossom more. Be the best companion of yourself. Self awareness is a beautiful journey with beautiful destination.

Corona “ this little word has create a perilous impacts in everyone's life , not only in India but the worldwide. As we all aware about the COVID – 19 and how it transmitted, the Government Health Agencies of many countries had declared Lockdown. The public officials say that the best way to prevent the spread of this illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus.



To be at home with family and spending some special time is everyone’s wish in such busiest life. But that may become stressful if we are in some Pandemic situation. Like nowadays this tiniest virus (corona) has generated .The outbreaks of coronavirus disease may be stressful for the people. Fear and anxiety about a disease can cause a great emotional breakdown among the every age of the people. 

What is to be healthy?

Many people consider this term Healthy  is just regarding to their physical fitness. But apart from it we must have to count on person's Mental Health as well as his Emotional health
We all are getting aware from different sources like media and advertising about how to be physically safe during this pandemic like washing our hands many times, keeping social distancing, sanitizing the things and all but to be mentally healthy is as much as needed in such crucial time.

“Relationship “ this term is as equal to the meaning of  ' state of being connected or related '. It’s not just limited to boyfriend /girlfriend  relation,  it has a broader meaning. It should never be gender biased. It can be the association of husband – wife , parent – child , boss – employee , brother – sister , among friends or can any be.
It’s about accepting other's weirdness and flaws. It’s about being yourself and still be happy together. It’s all about respect one another.


Do you think that you are mature enough towards your relationship? 

Emotional maturity is the number one most important in any long lasting relationship. That can help to lead a happiest and effective life. Any Relationship is like a zigzag line , when two of them are the opposites of the zigzag corners they can complete each other.
But the same time Emotional maturity does not mean to be self obsessive.



There are some few factors which resembles the maturity in relationship.

Be responsible for your wrongs

It’s far easier to get defensive and run away from your wrongs or responsibility. Emotionally mature people ' spend zero time blaming others for their problems.’

Be Acceptable :

As saying ' Nobody is perfect ' , being human we all have some innate biases and prejudice. so what’s necessary is to be aware of those biases and examine it to improve your actions and behaviour. After all we are the only responsible for our happiness.

Respect your ownself and own needs

As saying ' self love is key for loving the world' .when you are full of something then only you can deliver it. Being emotional master, one should respect his own needs and desires and parallelly also understand those for other one.  
In any kind of the relationship one should have the oxygen of freedom  to survive so one can not feel suffocated.

Set some healthy boundary :

Every relationship has its own set of boundaries. Every individual hiddenly  wants that the other should not cross his / her boundry.  Being mature means stating what is acceptable to you and what you will and will not allow .it’s just sit togethe and discuss your relationship “  Do's and Don’ts
When someone knowingly or unknowingly charges ahead and break through their boundaries, we are compromised and that’s just create a lifelong damage or unrepairable crack in your relationship.

Be communicable and transparent :

As it’s saying ' It’s better to be asked than assumed '. Every relationship has its ups and down . So it’s always advisable to sit together and communicate or discuss about the problems. Non communication and assumption are the killers of the relationship, believe me I had felt it personally. It can kill the healthiest relationship forever.
Always be transparent. Transparency always gives some boost to your relationship as it does not allow the assumption to come in between. Disagreement is normal part of relationship.


For any relationship to blossom trust and maturity are the base pillars. Being emotionally mature you can easily identify the difference of what to feel and on what to react.
Every feeling or thought that comes in your mind does not require action. Our life is just 1% depend on what we think but 99% depend on how we react or respond. A good relationship encourage you to pursue your dreams and gives you strength.
